Our approach has a strong focus on outcomes and is designed to target four key pillars for holistic health:

1. Your Cognitive Health

Developed by a world-class academic panel, Esprit de Vie focuses on the support and maintenance of cognitive health.

Even in later living our brains keep developing – if we do the work we can compensate for some of the natural decline of ageing through a range of activities that connect people, provide engagements and stimulate their minds. Our activities are not age specific with each activity available at differing levels to be fully inclusive.

 

2. Your Physical Health

Esprit de Vie works closely with a variety of Allied Health professionals covering all aspects of physical health including exercise physiologists, occupational therapists, podiatrists and physiotherapists.

Our session content incorporates a range of physical activities customised for our members.

3. Your Emotional Health

Esprit de Vie understands the importance of reducing depression and anxiety whilst boosting self-confidence and self-esteem in a community setting.

By focusing on the positives we continue to encourage ageing with grace, dignity and happiness.

 

4. Your Social Health

Social connectivity is a core focus in our program design and implementation.

Esprit de Vie actively encourages group interactions with all of our activities this is backed by numerous psychological studies showing people thrive on connection with others.

By spending time in group activities our participants have a positive boost to their social skills, their social network as well as a positive effect on their self-confidence.
